Lead Web Developer
Graphic Design Intern
Mark has more than 28 years’ experience in brand development, strategic marketing, advertising and media planning. Working at all levels of media, he honed his skills beginning in 1992 with radio management, television, print, Internet, multi-media marketing campaigns and media placement.
Throughout his career, Mark has worked with national, regional and local clients. His experience has provided him the insight to create a plan that addresses the client’s marketing needs externally for the consumer, and internally with staff and shareholders to achieve the company’s goals.
Marks experience in corporate, real estate development and property management has provided him strong insight to all industries. Mark has also successfully launched the Lawrence Business Magazine in 2011 and sold in 2015, Local News Source – Douglas County, a business relations website, Kern Real Estate Investments and L – A Women’s Lifestyle Magazine. As a Kansas native and graduate of Kansas State University, Mark has found Lawrence to be a great place to live, work, play, and successfully start and grow businesses and family.
I have coached my oldest daughter, Emilee’s, softball team “The Amps,” my middle daughter’s softball team, “The Raiders” and my son’s baseball and basketball teams “The Rebels” and “The Bulldogs” respectively. My family attends Morningstar Church and belongs to the Lawrence Country Club.
A Kansas City native, Trent is a graduate from Kansas State University with a Major in Marketing. Trent is in charge of planning, creating and executing all client’s online advertisements as well as social media management. In addition, he is a professional photographer, videographer, and certified commercial drone pilot. Trent is actively involved in the Lawrence community as he is a Lawrence Chamber of Commerce member, an Envoy Committee member, and attends 1,000,000 Cups at the cider gallery.
Outside of work, Trent enjoys traveling to National Parks to pursue his passion in landscape/adventure photography, cheering on the K-State Wildcats Football and Basketball teams, and meeting new people, and seeing new places.
Anj enjoys bringing brands and stories to life, combining beautiful design with compelling words in a way that’s fresh yet timeless—and smart too. Drawing upon decades of experience, she offers a unique blend of purpose-driven creativity and savvy practicality to every project she touches.
In working with national brands, local businesses, organizations, and entrepreneurs, Anj focuses on developing visually inviting solutions that inspire action. She has a BA in graphic design with an emphasis on journalism and has studied art education at the graduate level.
Anj adores her family and dabbles in a variety of hobbies, including abstract painting, songwriting, and planting pretty flowers.
While attending The University of Kansas, Scott created marketing materials for academic journals. Coded, copyedited, and oversaw the conversion of scientific tables and equations for printing preparation in academic journals. Since graduating with an BFA in Design from KU in 2002, Scott has worked as a full-stack website designer on a large variety of local, national, and government projects.
Scott specializes in problem solving and working with businesses to help with the management of their online presence. Scott is experienced with online marketing, web application creation, application maintenance, visual design, user experience, web frameworks, and third-party applications. Scott’s work covers graphic design, back-end coding, custom application design, data systems, and the coordination between other graphic designers, marketing firms, coders, and content creators. Scott’s best skill is bridging creative and practical needs to achieve the business goals of the client.
Scott is a member and leader for charity organizations and business groups including the Kaw Valley Kickball League where he was a board member from 2012 to 2017 and the commissioner of the league in 2014.
Kacie is currently a sophomore at the University of Kansas majoring in Visual Communications (Graphic Design) with a focus in Marketing. Not only is she a diligent and dedicated college student with a love of design and passion to create eye-catching content, but she is also highly skilled in social media strategies, video production, web design, and DSLR photography.
When Kacie is not at KMG, you can find me at the Anderson Family Football Complex where she works for Kansas Athletics as a Football Design Intern. Kacie’s hobbies outside of work include watching movies and sports (Go Chiefs!), baking, listening to music, reading, and traveling whenever she can.
